The collective exhibition Resilience & Insurgency – disruptive paths, denotes, through the works on display, representations of contexts of reclusion, introversion and epiphany experienced in the 2021 pandemic period. They situate milestones and leave traces, in addition to subverting alienating conditionings. Through hybrid languages, and between imaginary displacements, these works turn to problematizing instances about “being”, “deconstructing” and “resisting”. In reckless and conflicting times, these “fields” are likely to become more complex and even contradictory. The artists, aware and full of the power of their art, continue to transmit their messages, evoking the human integrity that lives in each being.
